QR-Cardz — Digital Business Cards

Purpose-built for a readymade clothing unit: fabric is purchased, cut into panels, stitched by tailors, costed batch by batch and priced for sale. Every stage posts to stock and to the cost sheet, so the margin on a size is known the moment the batch closes — not at the end of the month.
The cutting engine works the way the shop floor actually does. A panel is recorded as height × width in inches, allowances are applied (+4" height, −1" width by default), and the marker is laid across the fabric width. A 26.5" × 21" panel on 43" fabric yields 2 pieces across and 0.3874 m of fabric per garment — calculated, not estimated. Border tape is driven off the panel perimeter instead.
